We own and manage our properties and pass the savings on to you! In a recent analysis of comparable homes at Wapato Point and the Chelan area, our weekly summer rates averaged more than $450 less! Third party management companies add to the cost of your vacation and detract from your experience. We enjoy year around family vacations in Chelan and are excited to share our experiences on all the area has to offer; from golf to water sport to dining options. We’re here to help.
